The antique brooch is centrally claw set with a natural green demantoid garnet set into a daisy flower motif border.

Five further peruzzi old mine cut demantoid garnets with diagnostic 'horse tail' inclusions are set into the brooch.

A larger 4mm round brilliant cut natural demantoid garnet is set at the base of the floral spray brooch.

The brooch has a pendant fitting at the reverse.
