Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@grayreidgallery.com.au with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
  2. Receive Exchange Authorization: We will provide you with exchange authorization and instructions on how to proceed.
  3. Ship Your Item: Follow the same steps as for returns to send your item back to us.


Once we receive your exchange item, we will inspect it to ensure it is unused and in its original condition. We will then process your exchange or credit note and ship your exchange item within 5 business days.


Important Notes

- Original Condition: Items must be returned unused, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

- Processing Time: Exchanges and credit notes are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

- Import Duties and Taxes: Gray Reid Gallery is not responsible for any import duties or taxes that may apply to your return shipment.
