Each brooch has two twisted rope circlets set with natural pearls. An 18ct.
Yellow gold, fine silver, pearl, sapphire and diamond fly sits onto each circlet.
A detachable 18ct. yellow gold trace chain with three natural pearls hangs between the two circlets.
