Crafting Your Bespoke Narrative: A Journey in Three Steps
1. THE FIRST CONSULTATION
Our expert team will guide you through the process, bringing your jewellery dreams to life. Whether you’re having existing pieces remodelled or a new piece designed and created, the first meeting will be a conversation and overview of the design process, exploring design references, styles, gemstones, and budget.
2. DESIGN PROCESS
After deciding on your design, selecting metal preference and gemstones, you will confirm and review final designs. If we are sourcing the gemstones for your piece, this may extend the process. Remembering we have a gem-cutter in our team, so we may be able to remodel your existing gems.
3. PRODUCTION PROCESS
Upon your design and stone approval, our skilled team of master jewellers will commence crafting your custom piece. A deposit of 50% is required for a make.
Typically, production takes around eight weeks from the approval date, depending on the complexity of design and the number of consultations.
The final payment will be required upon collection.
