The brooches made by Victorian jeweller's H. Duggin and P. Shappere were members of the Manufacturing Jewellers Association of Victoria.

The pair of brooches are grain set with twenty eight natural seed pearls. Circa 1900.

Stamped 9ct. with the anchor mark for Duggin, Shappere & Co. Active between 1896 and 1928.

Measuring 1.9cm in diameter.
