The eyes of the bee are set with cabochon rubies, the head is bezel set with a round brilliant sapphire in a millegrain setting surrounded by a cresent of graduated diamonds.

The thorax of the bee is set with a fancy cut citrine, the double wings are set with round brilliant cut diamonds.
