The brooch is bezel set with nine cabochon natural almandine garnets.

The brooch has nine half round hand carved scroll and floral orange blossom motif carving.

The reverse of the brooch has a decorative cut out back plate with a bar and pin fitting.

The brooch has a warm orange peel patina.
