Who
we are

Since 1999, Gray Reid Gallery has become renowned for offering unique, yet timeless pieces of Australian jewellery and objets d’art. Our showroom hosts exhibitions of artisan-designed contemporary jewellery from the Australian Gold and Silversmithing Guild, as well as an exceptional range of antique and estate items. With over 40 years’ experience in designing and manufacturing jewellery, led by Ken Gray and Alister Reid, Gray Reid Gallery works with you to create or source that special, perfect piece.

What
we do

Our service is tailored to each client. Browse our exhibitions and collections in the gallery, to select a ‘ready-to-wear’ piece, or be inspired to work with our team to create something truly individual. Gray Reid Gallery has its own workshop, manned by craftspeople of the highest order, trained in traditional fine jewellery techniques. Tell us your ideas and we can help you design from scratch. If you’d like to remodel, we can suggest ways of giving your treasured pieces a new lease of life. Located in Melbourne’s premier shopping precinct at 156 Collins Street, ascend a few stairs to our private and peaceful showroom in the heritage Assembly Hall building.
